If you choose a third-party payment provider, your transaction is also subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
When using financing options such as Affirm, your financing agreement is directly between you and the provider. D3 Diving LLC is not a lender and does not control approval decisions, payment schedules, interest rates, or financing terms.
Refunds for purchases made using third-party payment providers will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.
Orders are processed after payment authorization and completion of quality control and battery inspection. Processing and fulfillment may take up to five (5) business days prior to shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. D3 Diving LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, regulatory inspections, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, returns are governed by our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.
All returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Refunds for Affirm purchases will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to the technical nature of Diver Propulsion Vehicles (DPVs), products must remain unused and in factory-new condition to qualify for return after delivery. Product usage may be verified through the manufacturer software (Calypso App).
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as outlined in our Warranty Policy. D3 Diving LLC does not offer any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.
Unless otherwise stated, D3 Diving LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and all material published on it. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
