At D3 Diving, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell. Because DPVs are high-value, technical equipment, all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims must follow the guidelines below.
Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once we have shipped, returns are governed by this Return Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, not store credit, for orders paid through third-party payment partners such as Affirm.
Once shipped and received, item returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return after delivery, the DPV must be unused and in factory-new condition. We verify this through the Suex Calypso app, which records runtime in hours of use, charge cycles, and operating events.
A DPV is considered unused only if it shows:
No hours of use in TOTAL HOUR COUNT
The unit must also include all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging, and it must pass our incoming inspection for both cosmetic and mechanical condition.
The following terms apply to purchases:
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a 5% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Local Returns accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
DPVs must be packaged securely for return transit. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is not eligible for refund, repair, or replacement.
Exchanges follow the same conditions and 14-day window as returns.
To be eligible, the DPV must be unused and in factory-new condition verified through the Suex Calypso app and must pass inspection upon arrival. After verification, the value of the original purchase may be applied toward another model, or exchanged for the same model if available.
A new RMA is required for all exchanges.
If you believe your DPV is defective, contact us immediately. As an authorized service center, we follow a repair-first approach:
We conduct remote troubleshooting to identify hardware vs user error.
If the issue is confirmed as a hardware defect, we repair it at no cost including return shipping.
If repair isn’t feasible, we provide a warranty replacement.
Refunds are issued only when repair nor replacement is not possible.
If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, we provide a repair estimate before performing any work.
All new Suex DPVs purchased through D3 Diving include the standard manufacturer warranty, which is 2 years (1 year if for Professional/Commercial). View Suex’s warranty coverage.
