EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM

Ready to extend the life of your Suex DPV?

Suex’s “5 for You” program is an extended warranty designed to provide up to 5 years of coverage for select components of Suex DPVs used privately (not for professional use). The program includes coverage for manufacturing faults in parts such as the body, motor, electronics (excluding batteries), and certain accessories.


To qualify for and maintain the warranty, Suex customers must:

  1. Register their DPV within a specified time after purchase by providing serial numbers and proof of purchase.
  2. Complete mandatory maintenance services at Suex-authorized service centers according to usage hours and timeline requirements (e.g., every year, based on hours of operation).
  3. Ensure all service information and documentation, such as invoices and motor usage logs, are correctly submitted to Suex.

The maintenance requirement aligns with Suex’s goal to keep the equipment in optimal condition while offering peace of mind for owners.
